Democrats could have fixed this problem years or decades ago but they
might lose voters, they like to keep people down so they can be used and
desperate.
I've always wondered why in the middle of these housing projects they did
not build a tech school.

Because it would be broken into, ransacked, and burned in short order...

Because it would be broken into, ransacked, and burned in short order...

If they build such a school it would need to be open 24/hr and have a
security staff that rivals a PRISON.
